During this time, Carla also found a way to combine her passion for dance and love of yoga by creating a unique Barre class. She is so excited to be able to share this transformational practice with her students. As her students often refer to this class as “Bodies by Carla”.

Carla's goal is to help students create a balanced lifestyle by incorporating a sustainable yoga practice. She loves teaching both beginner and experienced yogis. Helping people is her bliss! Whether you need a peaceful meditation session or a sweat it out vinyasa class, Carla tailors the class for what your body needs today. This is your journey and she is here to help you be the best you that you can be!

Carla teaches yoga in a very safe and comfortable manner. Students are welcome to ask questions as you move through the practice. Carla is living her passion by teaching yoga! She wants to share the peace, joy, strength and transformation she has learned through yoga with you.
